Project Executions

In order and professional way, there are 3 projects and with the help of our skilled professionals, these projects are undertaken.

(i) Scheduling and Corroboration 

We have Kick off Meetings (KOM), which help in power starts have concerned personnel that will be presented. This important project information such as transportation, contract co-ordination, documentation and flow of project will be finalized as well as discussed. QRE also takes full responsibility of scheduling and planning of work at the site as well as project work. These working plans also have an achievement of engineering, purchase, erection and commissioning. With the intermediate milestones, these plans also have a sturdy obedience.

(ii) Packing, Forwarding and Shipment

QRE also have close information about the shipment of the products such as date of the delivery from the embarkation port and expected date of arrival to the desired place. We also take full responsibility to give all the information related to the shipment such as packaging content, size, weight of the consignment according to the client’s desired requirement. In addition we also provide all the primary importance of the client’s notifying including dispatch date, expected date of arrival and all above the transmission information.

We have also a responsibility to submit the monthly project progress report with the following details:

• QRE-Greenesol Power starts its off by having Kick off Meetings (KOM) wherein all the concerned personnel from its organization as well as from Hanghzhou QRE Company, will be present and the important necessities like delivery, contract co-ordination, documentation and flow etc. of the project will be discussed and finalized
  
• QRE-Greenesol Power takes up the responsibility for planning and scheduling of the work, both at the project works and site. These plans has a strong adherence with the intermediate milestones and the completion of the purchase, engineering, erection and commissioning
  

• QRE-Greenesol Power will intimate the Purchaser of the date of each shipment from the port of embarkation as well as the expected date of arrival of such shipment at the designated port of arrival
  
• QRE-Greenesol Power also takes up the responsibility of providing complete shipping information viz. the weight of consignment, size, content of each package etc according to the Customer's requirement
  
• QRE-Greenesol Power gives primary importance of notifying the Customer the date of dispatch of each consignment from his works, and the expected date of arrival at the Site along with the transportation information
